A mud therapy session in a traditional sauna in the Arctic Circle is what you need to forget about the rush of everyday life. The organic Lappish mud treatment will thoroughly cleanse your skin and give you a feeling of relaxation. Spend 15-20 minutes in the sauna. Afterward, your skin will be covered in healing mud and you will continue to enjoy the sauna. The entire therapy lasts around 35 minutes.
You can choose to take a shower or jump into the cold, pure water of an icy lake to wash off the mud. Upon your return, there will be a blueberry juice waiting for you. You will experience the most authentic version of Lapland on this trip!

NOTE
- Children under 3 years old will not be charged
- On weekdays and Saturdays, at least 2 people need to register to form a group
- On Sundays and national holidays, at least 4 people are required to register to form a group
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- If guests are late due to their own reasons, the guide will not wait for them. Please go to the activity location by yourself or abandon the trip (no refunds will be given)
- If the number of applicants is less than 2, we will notify you in advance and cancel the trip or make other arrangements depending on the situation
- Optional swimsuit rental: 15 €/person
- Since the aurora is a natural phenomenon, if the aurora cannot be observed on the day of the itinerary, the company will not provide refunds, please know

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 0-3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 4-8 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 9-31 days or less before the event
