Participate in a handicraft workshop where we use genuine reindeer leather, bones, and antlers to create unique handicrafts. This is your chance to dive into the world of tradition and create your own souvenir with traditional materials.
Then, get ready to meet, feed and capture unforgettable moments with our reindeer at our reindeer enclosure, located just a short drive from our home in Inari. Guided by a knowledgeable host from our Sámi reindeer herding family, you’ll gain fascinating insights into reindeer, traditional herding practices, and the rich cultural heritage of Sámi life in the north.
In addition, if you want, you will have the opportunity to take a peek into our reindeer herder family’s home and life. We will sit down together for a moment to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a berry pie made from local berries. We’ll be happy to tell you more about our Sámi life, culture and reindeer herding. Handicraft workshop is available all year-round! Join us for an adventure that combines creativity and culture.

NOTE
- We do not charge any fees for children under 3 years old
- At least 4 people need to register to form a group
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
- If guests are late due to their own reasons, the guide will not wait for them. Please go to the activity location by yourself or abandon the trip (no refunds will be given)
- If the number of registrants is less than 4, we will notify you in advance and cancel the trip or make other arrangements depending on the situation
Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 0-3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 4-8 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 9-31 days or less before the event
