Please NOTE: The departure time may vary depending on the season and the availability on the day. Please follow the meeting time on the email confirmation and meet us at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
Before departure, the guide will determine the suitable aurora viewing location based on the day’s weather. If the aurora cannot be seen in one location, we will proceed to another suitable location. If we are lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights, we will have time to stop and take photos. The tour guide will carry professional equipment to capture your photos with the aurora. After the tour, all these beautiful photos will be sent to you. You can also bring your own camera; the photographer will help you set it up and teach you essential techniques for capturing the aurora.
*The aurora is a natural phenomenon, and its appearance time and location cannot be accurately predicted. Patience is required once you reach a suitable location. Vehicles will not be constantly chasing the light.

NOTE
- There will be no charge for children 3 years old and under
- On weekdays and Saturdays, at least 2 people need to register to form a group
- On Sundays and national holidays, at least 4 people are required to register to form a group
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- If guests are late due to their own reasons, the guide will not wait for them. Please go to the activity location by yourself or abandon the trip (no refunds will be given)
- If the number of applicants is less than 2, we will notify you in advance and cancel the trip or make other arrangements depending on the situation
- Since the aurora is a natural phenomenon, the guide and driver will try their best to find a suitable viewing location. If the aurora cannot be observed on the day of the trip, the company will not refund

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 0-5 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 6-15 days or more before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 16-31 days or more before the event
