A true taste of Lapland! Join our Kota where you’ll learn to light an Arctic fire and prepare smoked salmon using a special local recipe. We’ll be right by the river and if the sky is clear, the Northern Lights may join us too. The guide shares information about Northern Lights and the old mythology around them. The arctic starry sky is very beautiful. Spot the Big Bear and Polar Star, Northern Lights often appear just under the Polar Star. It’s a warm, friendly experience where everyone takes part, from fire to feast.
If we are unable to observe the Northern Lights at the campsite, we will go to another place. Our professional photographer will accompany you and capture the important moments for you. After the activity, we will send you the high-quality photos as your arctic gifts.

NOTE
- On weekdays and Saturdays, at least 2 people need to register to form a group
- On Sundays and national holidays, at least 4 people are required to register to form a group
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult
- If guests are late due to their own reasons, the guide will not wait for them. Please go to the activity location by yourself or abandon the trip (no refunds will be given)
- If the number of applicants is less than 2, we will notify you in advance and cancel the trip or make other arrangements depending on the situation
- Since the aurora is a natural phenomenon, the guide and driver will try their best to find a suitable viewing location. If the aurora cannot be observed on the day of the trip, the company will not provide a refund
Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 0-5 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 6-15 days or more before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 16-31 days or more before the event
