友情提示
- 3岁以下儿童我们不会收取任何费用
- 平日和周六至少需要2人报名方可成团
- 周日和国定假日至少需要4人报名方可成团
- 未满13岁孩童必须由已付费成人陪同
- 客人因自身原因迟到，向导不会等待，请自行前往活动地点，或放弃行程（不退款）
- 报名人数若少于2人，我们会提前通知，视情况取消行程或另作其他安排
- 车辆安排：根据当日团队人数安排5 - 55座用车
- 由于极光是自然现象，向导及司机会尽力寻找适合观看地点，若行程当日无法观测到极光，本公司不予退款，望知晓
- 本行程不安排上门接送，请根据邮件确认单上的集合时间，提前10分钟在指定集合地点与我们会合【Lordi’s Square附近】
取消政策
- 如果在活动前0-3 天或以内取消预订，我们将收取100%手续费
- 如果在活动前4-8 天或以内取消预订，我们将收取50%手续费
- 如果在活动前 9-31 天或以内取消预订，我们将收取 10% 的取消费
